We will only collect your Personal and/or Health Information, when applicable, with your consent;  if we have a legitimate interest in doing so, or; as authorized or required by law. Information You Provide Directly To Us. We collect Personal Information directly from you with your consent when you contact iLearn Different, LLC online or via telephone. More specifically, we collect:

 

  • Contact information when you book a service or request information about our services through email, an online form, or by phone. This includes identifiers like your name, email address, telephone number, as and any other information that you choose to provide to us.

 

Text Messages: By providing us with your wireless phone number, you consent to iLearn Different, LLC sending you informational text messages related to scheduling, cancellation and session reminders. Messaging and data charges may apply to any text message you receive or send. Please contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about messaging or data charges.

 

Information We Collect Automatically. We use website analytics and other technologies to collect internet and other similar network activity, including anonymous data, in the following ways:

How Does iLearn Different, LLC Use My Personal Information?

How Does iLearn Different, LLC Keep My Personal Information Secure?

Data Security. We have implemented precautions to protect the Personal Information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee absolute security. iLearn Different, LLC maintains internal policies to govern the collection, processing and handling of data, and restricts access to data to those contractors who require such access to perform their job functions. 

 

This includes the collection and maintenance of any and all photo release forms obtained by iLearn Different. Executed photo release forms will be kept on file indefinitely.

Third Party Websites. Our Site and Services may contain links to non-affiliated websites. Note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by iLearn Different, LLC. We may provide links to third-party websites from our Site as a service to our Site visitors, but we have no ability to control, and we are not responsible for, the privacy and data collection, use, and disclosure practices of third-party websites. 

 

This Site Is Not for Children. iLearn Different, LLC does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16 who may visit our Site, and we do not want to include any Personal Information about children in our databases without first obtaining parental consent. 

 

Photo Release. When using photographs or video of individuals in connection with iLearn Different, LLC on this Site (www.ilearndifferent.com) and in any advertising, promotion, social media and/or publicity, the the guidelines outlined in this Photo Release Document apply to the distribution of photos/videos taken by iLD personnel or those acting as an agent of iLD and distributed externally, such as on digital channels or in marketing materials.

 

Changes To This Privacy Policy. We may change our privacy policy and practices over time. To the extent that our Privacy Policy changes in a material way, the policy that was in place at the time that you submitted personal data to us will generally govern that data unless we receive your consent to the new privacy policy.

HIPAA Clause: 

We are required by applicable federal and state law to maintain the privacy of your health information. We are also required to give you this Notice about our privacy practices, our legal duties, and your rights concerning your health information. We must follow the privacy practices that are described in this Notice while it is in effect.

 

We use and disclose your health information about you for payment and healthcare operations. For example:

 

Payment: We may use and disclose your health information to obtain payment for services we provide to you.
